Sheri L. Simpson

- Legal Assistant

Sheri L. Simpson is the legal assistant at the firm of Gertner & Gertner and an indispensable part of the legal team. Ms. Simpson's chief responsibilities include handling and processing all Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income clients, all scheduling of meetings, hearings, and other important events, and the review of all medical records involving our SSD and SSI clients. Additionally, Ms. Simpson assists the attorneys in preparing cases for hearing and trial, and provides on-going support for our SSD and SSI clients throughout the appeal and review process.

Amanda L. Britton

- Law Clerk

Amanda L. Britton is currently a law student at Capital University Law School while also devoting her extra time to being a law clerk with Gertner & Gertner. Ms. Britton formerly worked as a paralegal at the firm, but decided to return to school in order to increase her expertise in the field of law. In addition to assisting the firm in all areas of practice and administration, she is also an active member of the Ohio Army National Guard.
